When they were both stock, I beat him by 2-3 car lengths. We ran them 5 or 6 times and the outcome was consistent. He added a Greddy Profec-B, turned the boost up to 14, then added an intake and exhaust which is roughly the Mitsu's version of our stage III. I still beat him by 2-3 car lengths consistently unless the conditions are wet and then it's a relatively close race. His AWD gives him an advantage. We both owned '94 NA versions of these cars before and I used to beat him by 1-2 car lengths time and time again. The 3000GT is a decent car but it's extremely heavy, doesn't produced the same mid-range torque that the Z does and judging from my buddy's past....they are nowhere near as reliable. Just my $.02...
